By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

We provide comprehensive professional web development services including:

• Custom website design and development
• Website transformation and optimization
• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• AI integration and advanced functionality
• Ongoing maintenance and support

Our project delivery and payment terms are designed for clarity and mutual protection:

• Project timelines are estimates based on scope at commencement
• 50% deposit required before project initiation
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Change requests may affect timeline and costs
• Client approval required for major project milestones

Upon full payment of all invoices, the client will own the custom code and design elements created specifically for their project. We retain the right to:

• Use general techniques, skills, and knowledge gained
• Include the project in our portfolio
• Reuse general code libraries and frameworks

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner. However, we cannot guarantee specific results from SEO or marketing efforts as these depend on many factors beyond our control.

Our liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client is responsible for payment of work completed
• We will deliver work completed to that point
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Remote, Switzerland.
